Drove about 350 miles yesterday to Laura Ingalls Wilder RV Park in Mansfield, MO. Staying here for two nights to regroup and organize a little bit. The kitties needed a break too. Cleo is napping here.
The Ozarks are beautiful! We're eating some of our freeze-dried foods we spent the last year preparing... vegetable beef soup Friday after a long drive, Joyce's beef bbq for Saturday lunch, and meat loaf, mashed potatoes and green beans for Saturday dinner!
